I did get my refund in the end, so that’s good. It just took longer than I expected, and I kept checking my account because I wasn’t sure what was going on. Not a huge disaster or anything, but yeah, a little slow. At least it got sorted.

I’ve got sensitive skin, so I’m always nervous trying new stuff because it usually leaves me red or irritated. This one was actually gentle and didn’t cause any redness, which was a nice surprise. I still don’t fully trust customer service if something goes wrong, so I’m just hoping I don’t have to deal with that, but the product itself has been good for me

Setup was easy and didn’t take much time. The steps were clear for the most part, though I did get held up once when it came to the email part. Looking back, I kind of regret assuming it would be a hassle because it was mostly straightforward. Nothing mind-blowing, but simple enough to get started without too much trouble

I move this between my bedroom and living room all the time, and I just really like how easy it is. It even fits in my bag, so I’ve taken it with me when visiting friends. It’s one of those things that just feels really handy to have around.

I had a good experience with blissbeam’s support, honestly. I only had a few questions at first, nothing huge, but I still wanted to make sure I was doing things right.
They got back to me quicker than I expected, and the reply actually sounded like a real person wrote it. Not one of those copy-paste answers, which is always nice. Also, the explanation was clear, so I didn’t have to keep asking the same thing in different ways.
They were patient too, which I appreciated because I was kind of jumping around between what I needed and what I was unsure about. It’s a small thing maybe, but good support really does make a difference. I’d use them again

"Return felt more complicated than it should’ve"
I ordered from Blissbeam and the item itself was fine, but my gut feeling quickly was that the return wasn’t going to be super straightforward. The instructions felt a bit unclear, and I found myself going back through emails a few times just to figure out the next step.
Support did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I did manage to get everything sorted in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely took more effort than I expected for a simple return...

"Noisier than I thought it would be"
I ordered it from blissbeam.co because I really thought it would be quiet enough for my room, but yeah, the noise is kind of annoying. Not super loud or anything, but there’s this steady hum, hum, hum that I notice pretty much right away.
At night is when it bugs me the most, even on the lower setting. It works okay, it really does, but I just can’t fully relax with it running. I just wish it was quieter, like much, much quieter
"Delivery was on time for both of my orders"
I’ve ordered from blissbeam.co twice now, and in my case, both deliveries showed up when they said they would. The tracking wasn’t updating constantly or anything, but it was good enough that I had a general idea of where the package was.
The second order actually arrived a day early, which was a nice surprise. Packaging was decent, nothing was missing, and for what I ordered, I don’t really have any complaints. Based on these two orders, I’d be happy to order from them again.

"Battery life surprised me"
I got this from blissbeam.co the battery lasts way longer than I expected. I use it most evenings and barely have to think about charging it, which is not usually my experience with stuff like this. Whoever runs this should probably brag about the battery more, because it’s actually really good.

I picked this up last week, and overall I’m happy with it. I really like being able to adjust the settings depending on what I’m in the mood for, which makes it feel a lot more useful. That said, it wasn’t the most straightforward to figure out at first, and I had to mess with it a bit before everything made sense. So far though, it’s been working well and I’m liking it

I ordered kind of on a whim and at first I was like, okay, this seems easy enough. The site was simple to use and my order showed up fine, so no major complaints there. "Finally, something that doesn’t feel cheap"
I ordered from blissbeam.co and, i’m kind of relieved because the build quality is actually really solid. Like, why is it so hard to find stuff that doesn’t rattle, bend, or feel like it’s going to fall apart after a week? This one has a nice weight to it, the finish is clean, and the edges don’t look rushed or sloppy. I’ve been using it every day and it still looks basically new, which is more than I can say for a lot of things I’ve bought online. Happy with it overall
